Our studio had a task: to create a convenient and technological tool that would allow website owners, agencies and digital specialists to receive a complete site analysis in a few clicks, identify hidden errors and receive a clear, personalized action plan for real growth of positions and traffic.
We wanted the audit to take minutes rather than hours, so that the reports would be as visual as possible, and the recommendations would not be formulaic, but based on modern AI algorithms and our own experience in SEO and development.
Task
To create our own cloud-based SEO audit service that automates technical website checks, identifies errors, generates detailed PDF reports, and provides personalized AI recommendations for site owners and administrators. The system is designed to be as user-friendly as possible for businesses, web studios, and digital specialists.
Implementation
Architecture and Stack
Django serves as the backbone for the backend and API. Celery and Redis handle background audit processing and report generation. PostgreSQL stores information about audits, users, and audit history. The entire project is deployed with Docker for fast scaling and isolated environments. Nginx provides balancing and SSL. AI modules are integrated to generate text recommendations, roadmaps, and development ideas for each website.

SEO audit is performed in one click - the system analyzes title, description, h1, broken links, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, loading speed, indexing, alt tags, and other crucial SEO parameters. MintCheck not only detects problems, but also explains how to fix them, generates a step-by-step roadmap for improvements, and helps identify real reasons for traffic loss.
The service generates detailed PDF reports that can be downloaded or sent to clients - all findings and recommendations are displayed in a convenient checklist. Every user has a personal account with the audit history, can compare results, track changes over time, and download all reports. The platform supports flexible tariffs and a guest mode: you can try the audit without registration, while advanced PRO features are available for professionals. Telegram notifications inform users about audit status and new features.
Implementation Details
All resource-intensive tasks (site crawling, report generation, AI recommendations) are run in the background via Celery, ensuring the site stays responsive and fast even under heavy load. MintCheck supports multiple domains and multilingual functionality, works perfectly with both Russian and English sites, and can be easily adapted for other markets.
To guarantee security and fault tolerance, the platform uses Docker orchestration, regular database and file backups, and HTTPS encryption. An API is also provided so that other studios or SaaS projects can integrate audits and AI recommendations into their own products.
